- Equipment and service requirements for use of the broadband hardware are set out in our Customer Relationship Agreement. For example, to use a modem, you will need an active ADSL2/Naked DSL broadband or fibre service, a power connection and outlet and a computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone or other device capable of browsing.
- A 24 month warranty period applies to any broadband hardware purchased. Further terms and conditions about warranty claims are set out in our General Equipment Warranty
