Can I get/keep my home phone on the nbn®?

Yes! You can move your phone service across to our nbn^® Phone service. This works just like your home phone, except it runs over the internet. You can even keep your existing phone number.

Please note nbn^® Phone is only available if you choose to take an iiNet supplied nbn^® modem. The nbn^® Phone service will not be included and you will not be able to make or receive calls if you do not take up an iiNet supplied nbn^® modem.

If you are using the nbn^® Phone service on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, calls will be charged at the following rates (as applicable):

Local Calls	15c/call untimed
Standard National Calls	15c/call untimed
Standard Australian Mobile calls	29c/min (per 30 second block)
1300 and 13 Numbers	30c/call untimed
International Calls	From 5c/min View international call rates

You may add a call pack to your plan which may reduce call costs on eligible calls. Call pack charges apply in addition to your monthly plan fee. Calls that are not included in your call pack will be charged on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
