The issue impacting NBN broadband services in QLD and VIC has been resolved. Customers are advised to please reboot their modem if still experiencing disruption.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue causing disruption to NBN broadband services in Victoria.

Our technical teams are working to restore services as soon as possible.

Customers without 4G modem backup should use their mobile phone or alternate communication devices if they need to contact emergency services.
