iiNet NBN Customers Named Most Satisfied by CHOICE

iiNet is proud to be recognised for having the most satisfied NBN™ customers as a result of the 2017 CHOICE ISP Satisfaction Survey.

CHOICE is a leading independent customer advocacy group in Australia. For the first time, this year's ISP satisfaction survey is a nationally representative snapshot of how major internet providers are performing.

In addition to this, iiNet also achieved the second highest scores for Overall ISP satisfaction and scored well above the national averages for service aspects such as customer support, connection reliability, and value for money.
