How to relocate your services
There is a simple way to get your relocation started. Fill out this simple form and we will be in contact with you shortly.
Remember to arrange your relocation as soon as possible. The more notice you give us, the easier the process will be.
There are four things we'll need from you before we can get started:
1. The phone number at your new location (if you have one).
2. The address of your new location.
3. When you intend to relocate.
4. The best contact number for you.
How long does a relocation take?
First we move your phone service and this takes between 3-5 working days, however it may take a little longer if we come across an issue on your new line. Once your phone has been relocated, we'll move your broadband service. This can take between 7-10 working days for standard ADSL services and 10-20 working days for Naked DSL.
What are the relocation costs?
You may be eligible for free relocation so make sure you ask about this when you're on the phone to our customer service representatives. If not, there will be a small cost depending on which service you are relocating and if you need to connect a new phone line in your new home.

You will also have to make note of any contract break fees that apply to your account. If you relocate within your contract period, and you are unable to continue with your service at the new premises, a contract break fee will apply.
That's it. We'll organise the rest for you. You'll receive a phone call shortly to confirm the details of your relocation. We will also be in touch through out the process to keep you up to date with progress.
You'll be able to use your existing service at your old location while we are organising the relocation. Once the service has been moved, you'll be able to use your backup dialup account until you get into your new home.
