Growing from a small Perth business in 1993 to be listed on the ASX in 1999, iiNet now supports over 900,000 broadband, telephony and dialup services, and proudly employs more than 1500 people in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Cape Town.
Our goal is to lead the market with the best internet access products then differentiate with genuine, plain-speaking customer service. To make this happen, we built our own network (the iiNetwork), offering customers speeds as fast as their lines could handle. Then we added the largest Voice over IP network in the country, abolished monthly phone line rental with Naked DSL and released wireless modem-and-phone-in-one BoB™ to the world, whilst also picking up a few industry and customer service awards.
