Each plan provides access to the iiNet Freezone, complimentary email protection, 24/7 customer service, a back-up dial-up account, 10 email address and 1GB of webspace. There are no excess quota usage charges, and if you run out of data, simply pick up a data pack to last you through to the end of the month.

• Pet-Fi's Wi-Fi range and download speeds are estimates only, performance will vary depending on network reception and coverage. iiNet does not recommend placing pets in high places to boost signal strength (Except for Pet-Fi mini, which is suitable for smaller pets such as parrots and spiders)
• Data quotas include upload and downloads. Accidental downloads due to your Pet's online activity also included within quota.
• Pet-Fi Mini is rated waterproof up to 3 meters. Further depths reduces both network signal and Wi-Fi strength. In the event Pet-Fi Mini cannot be attached to your pet using the included strap, do not attempt to encourage your pet to consume the device.
• Pet-Fi's kinetic energy module may require regular maintenance in the event of accidental damage occurring as a result of your pet's scratching, biting, pecking, clawing or licking of the device.
