We've overhauled this part of your invoice to give you a crystal-clear breakdown of your services!
You'll find your services split into categories depending on their type (ie. Internet, Telephony,
Hardware), and each will be listed with their plan and Username/Number.
2
These are Service Categories and each has its own section and icon. The Categories are sometimes
split into Sub-Classes for example, ADSL and Naked DSL, to help group your services together.
3
Each charge will clearly show the service it's related to along with the billing period the charge
was applied to. The first time you're charged for a service or if you change plans, you may notice
more than one charge for different billing periods, this is to align your services to the same
billing cycle date.
4
You'll find a handy subtotal for each Service Category listed underneath the individual charges for
your services. These subtotals will match those found in the Account Summary section on the first
page of your invoice and on your email.
5
Some mobile services may have different billing periods to the rest of your services, as our old
plans were billed from the 1st to the 1st of each month.
