BoB™ Firmware Upgrade - What you need to know

Just letting you know that we'll be giving your BoB™ a brand new firmware upgrade at some stage between 2am and 5am EDT (12am - 3am WST) on Saturday 11th September, 2010.

The upgrade is set to make your BoB™ an even better version of himself, giving him improved broadband and phone performance and making him fetchtv ready.

We'll be improving your BoB™ remotely - so you won't have to lift a finger. Simply make sure he's switched on throughout the upgrade (which should take no longer than 30 minutes once it begins).

During this time, you might notice your BoB™ has gone offline. No need to worry; he just needs a quick rest to adjust to the changes. Please make sure you don't switch your BoB™ off at this time, unless it's taken longer than 30 minutes for him to recover.
