Good news! We're adding a bit of spit and polish to your plan, giving you a better deal at no extra cost. The upgrade means you'll receive an increase to your monthly quota, with an extra 50GB being injected into your plan. That should give you plenty more room to move on the net! As well as your increased quota, you'll see some adjustments to current peak and off-peak times, with off-peak times now applying between 1am and 9am and the remaining time being classified as peak. Last but not least, we're increasing shaped speeds on your plan so if you do manage to chew through your new quota allowance, your shaped speed will be double what you're used to. What you need to do next If you're happy to wait, you won't need to do a thing for these changes to take effect - we'll do everything for you in around 30 days time. You'll still receive the same monthly bill at the same time you normally would.
