This is a courtesy email to let you know we are moving your phone service onto the iiNet Group Ltd billing system in order to offer you more competitive phone rates. This change will take place in 21 days.

You will notice a few minor changes when the move occurs. Your next phone bill will appear on an iiNet branded invoice. Therefore, for a short time you will receive one invoice for your phone service and another if you have an ihug Internet service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Also, you will benefit from the great low rates of iiphone. This includes great block rates for national and international calls and no peak times. Check out our great rates online at http://www.iinet.net.au/phone/rates_all.html. You don't need to do anything to benefit from these additional savings.

We will send more information on iiNet's great call rates and how to access your call charges online soon.
