A ladies group who walk every
Monday night (except public holidays) at 6:30pm. The walks are generally
from the hares home and are in the Perth area and can be north or south
of the river. The cost is $5.00 and you bring your own drinks.
Supper is supplied by the hare.

A Little Bit About The
Walkers...
The inaugural meeting of Hash
Walkers 1 was held in April 1994 by a group of female Hashers who
decided they no longer wished to run, yet still wanted the social
companionship of the hash, and so the Perth Hash Walker club was
established.
In May 1994 the first GM and
On Sec were selected and a date for the first walk was Monday the 9th of
May 1994. 16 Hash Walkers attended the first (virgin) walk.
Since then, Perth Hash Walkers
1 have grown and celebrated the clubs 10th year on 10th May 2004 and
their 500th walk on the 18th April 2005...
Congratulations to all Hash Walkers on their club’s 10th
year.
There “were”
clubs that didn’t think we could do it. Word has got around
that we are here to stay. Well done.
I know a great
time was had by everyone at the function at The Royal Brassier
and Café in East Perth. Food was excellent and plenty of drinks
and lots of laughs. Some of us even
had a dance.
It was great to
see some of the foundation members there so they could see how
our little club has been functioning in past years.
Would I be wrong
in saying there was some very sore heads the next day?
