Do I get to keep my email address?
Absolutely. You’re now an iiNet customer, but you can still use your existing email address. We’ve made sure all your existing mail and contacts have moved across, so your email use won’t miss a beat.
Checking your email with iiNet Webmail is easy. Our easy-on-the-eye interface comes with a heap of great features to help manage your emails. You can access webmail from any computer or tablet with an internet connection and sync your calendar, email and contacts with your smartphone keeping you connected even if you're on the go.
All you need to do is head over to Webmail and log in using your existing email address and password. If you’re after a few pointers on how to use Webmail, look no further.
Toolbox
Toolbox is your one-stop shop for managing your iiNet account online. Here you're in control of everything from checking volume usage and managing email to purchasing hardware and changing your payment details - you can even pay an invoice or switch plans.
