iiNet is required by the Copyright Regulations 1969 (Cth) (the Regulations) to have a 'Designated Representative' to receive notices and notifications issued under the Regulations. That person is the Copyright Manager.
Please complete the form here which is required by iiNet for notification of infringement relating to transmission based activities (i.e. Category A activities). For other types of alleged infringement, any notice of claimed infringement of copyright must be in the form prescribed by the Regulations.

The Regulations also prescribe a form of counter-notice, which can be issued by a user in response to a notice of claimed infringement of copyright.
