NBN terms, fees & guarantees

All iiNet services are bound by our Customer Relationship Agreement. This page offers a quick summary of the terms, fees and guarantees that come with your iiNet NBN service.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 13 19 17.

Please note: iiNet has closed new sales of the NBN Co’s interim satellite service in the interest of preserving service levels. The full satellite service is expected to be launched in 2015. References to the satellite product below remain for existing customers. See our media release for more.
