iiTalk - included with every Naked DSL plan

iiTalk is a Netphone phone plan included with Naked DSL. It includes all your local & national landline calls at no extra cost, and offers great rates on international dialling.

To use iiTalk, you'll need a VoIP-compatible broadband modem. We recommend BoB2™ because it's easy to set up and works with current internet technologies like ADSL2+, Fibre to the Home and iiNet TV.

Where mobile rates aren't listed, landline rates apply. Rates listed as special refer to local freedial numbers - free for callers within that country (like 1800 numbers), but charged at a premium rate internationally.

How iiTalk works

iiTalk uses Netphone VoIP technology, which lets you make and receive phone calls through your broadband connection. It works just like a normal phone, except you save money with lower call rates and cheaper prices on features like voicemail and identity blocking.

Fair use of iiTalk

A fair use policy applies to the free local and national calls on iiTalk. This allows us to give everyone a fair go by restricting access to those who may use this service excessively, unreasonably or unlawfully.

Excessive use is a continuing and unreasonably disproportionate use of the service when compared to other users. In the case of iiNet iiTalk, this applies to free calls in excess of three times the number of calls per iiNet iiTalk service per month, averaged across customers on the same plan.
