Terms summary

  • techii™ services include the setup of broadband connections and internet-ready devices, assistance with iiNet TV, guidance on networking and security issues, and explain iiNet web features like Toolbox and Webmail.
  • This service cannot cover electrical wiring or structural changes to your home, as these must be performed by certified technicians.
  • techii™ agents are available in the Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas. A person over the age of 18 is required to be present during a callout.
  • Our minimum callout time is 60 minutes.
