BoB™ hardware terms, fees & guarantees

All iiNet services are bound by our Customer Relationship Agreement. This page offers a quick summary of the terms, fees and guarantees that come with your BoB™ service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 13 19 17.

Terms summary

• BoB2™ works with iiNet's ADSL Broadband, Naked DSL, Fibre and NBN internet plans, and both Phone and Netphone services.
• When you buy BoB2™, you will receive a modem base to handle all your internet and phone connectivity. When you sign up for a 24-month broadband contract, you receive an $80 discount on a new BoB2™ modem.
• If you rent BoB2™ on a 24-month rental contract for $9.95 per month, we will waive your broadband setup fee. Separate contract terms may apply for broadband plans.

Rental contract terms

Rental contracts are available on a 24-month term. If you end your BoB2 rental contract early, you will be required to pay back the leaving costs reasonably incurred by iiNet.

Upgrading from BoB™ to BoB2™

If your BoB™ contract has expired, you can upgrade to BoB2™ when you sign up for a new 24-month contract. Otherwise, upgrading from a BoB™ rental to a BoB2™ rental while still within a contract will incur a contract break fee.
