Netphone2 – phone without the phone line
Netphone2 is a phone service that works over your fibre connection. It costs an extra $9.95 per month, which includes all your local & national calls. You’ll need a VOIP-enabled modem to use your Netphone2 service. Check out the great Netphone2 call rates.
sign up for 24 months and save
When you get fibre on a 24 month contract, you save $80 on setup ($159 down to $79). If you break your contract early, all we do is charge back the value we waived when you signed up ($80) – you don’t have to pay out the remaining months of your contract.
Our fair contract guarantee lets you switch between fibre plans at any time – it’s free to switch to a bigger plan, and a once-off $39 fee to downgrade.
all about your quota
| fibre plan | peak period | off-peak period |
|---|---|---|
| Fibre 1 – Fibre 3 | 8am – 2am | 2am – 8am |
- No excess fees for going over your monthly quota.
- If you exceed your quota, we just shape your speed to 256/256kbps for the remainder of your billing month – learn all about quota and shaping.
- Both downloads and uploads count towards your fibre monthly quota.
Once you reach your quota limit for the month, it’s common practise for ISPs to charge excess usage fees. Except for us – instead of charging you more money, we slow your internet speed for the remainder of your billing month.
