holiday contact hours

The happiness and wellbeing of iiNet's customer service staff is extremely important to the company, and as such we will be giving all staff time off over Christmas to spend with their families.

To facilitate the time off and to ensure that iiNet can continue to offer quality customer service, our contact centres will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day and operating on reduced hours throughout the remainder of the holiday period (hours and days listed below).

Based on minimal demand patterns of previous years we don't believe this will cause a problem, however, if you do have any issues with your internet service we have built a comprehensive set of tools and FAQ's that are available to you through our website. http://www.iinet.net.au/support/
