We regularly conduct selection centres for new Customer Service Representatives. In Perth, Sydney, Auckland and Cape Town, we're always looking out for people who support our core values of:

Once we receive your application, we'll review your resumé. Short-listed candidates will be contacted by phone for an interview. Keep a record of your application handy and know your schedule ahead of time in case you have to come in for a face-to-face assessment.
selection centre
A selection centre runs for about two hours. It covers:
- A presentation on what it's like to be a Customer Service Representative here at iiNet.
- A face-to-face interview with a Customer Service Manager and one of our HR representatives.
- Online testing for customer service manner, spelling, grammar, typing and general computer skills.
