telephone screen

Once we receive your application, we'll review your resumé. Short-listed candidates will be contacted by phone for an interview. Keep a record of your application handy and know your schedule ahead of time in case you have to come in for a face-to-face assessment.

selection centre

A selection centre runs for about two hours. It covers:

  • A presentation on what it's like to be a Customer Service Representative here at iiNet.
  • A face-to-face interview with a Customer Service Manager and one of our HR representatives.
  • Online testing for customer service manner, spelling, grammar, typing and general computer skills.

reference checks

Before we can make an offer, we'll need to contact 2 of your references - don't worry, we'll let you know beforehand. Remember to supply details of two professional references, including a manager from your previous job.

offer and acceptance

Once you have successfully completed all stages of the recruitment process, we'll contact you with a verbal offer. This will be confirmed in writing after you have accepted.

Successful applicants will need to provide police clearance as the final stage of the offer process.
