iiNet business Web Hosting is offered through our affiliation with WebCentral. This page contains a simple walkthrough of WebCentral's terms, fees & guarantees that come with each plan.

Domains
Domain name registrations and transfers are not included in our webhosting plans. Additional product terms and fees will apply.
Email
POP mailboxes are provided at no additional cost as part of your hosting plan and are not subject to any service levels.
database & language support
SiteBuilder support
Additional product terms apply when using the SiteBuilder Basic tool.
Payment gateways
Dialect or eWay are the preferred payment gateways. If you wish to use an alternative provider, please contact WebCentral on 1800 800 099 (ext. 2) to confirm they are supported.
Database hosting (excludes Easy Start plans)
Database support is offered via SQL/MySQL add-ons specific to each plan. Additional charges will apply.
.NET support (excludes Easy Start plans)
For security reasons, .NET code runs under a restricted trust level. Microsoft® Access support is available, but Microsoft® SQL and MySQL are preferred.
ColdFusion support (excludes Easy Start, Economy & Business plans)
If you require specific ColdFusion tags or Custom Tags (CFX tags) enabled, contact WebCentral on 1800 800 099 (ext. 1) before signing up, to ensure they are supported.
upgrading & switching plans
Upgrading your plan
If you currently hold an old WebCentral plan, contact WebCentral on 1800 800 099 (ext. 1) to discuss your upgrade options. A transition fee will apply.
Swtiching between plans
When moving to an equivalent 2.0 product, you will be billed at the new price in your next invoice following the move. If you are on a Yearly Payment option, you may move to an equivalent 2.0 product (and receive the benefits of that product) during the term, but will be billed at the new price at the beginning of the next term.

Data transfer
An additional fee per extra megabyte (MB) is incurred if your website exceeds the allocated amount of data transfer each month. 		8c / MB
Storage
Server space usage is the monthly average of website storage plus the monthly average of mailbox storage. An additional fee per extra megabyte (MB) is incurred once the allocated amount is exceeded. 		10c / MB

premier & premier advantage plan fees

Data transfer
If your data transfer exceeds the allocated amount per month, a fee will be charged for the excess traffic according to the Lowest IP data traffic model. 		10c / MB over 40GB
or all incoming data (whichever is less)
Data transfer ratio
If the ratio of outgoing to incoming data exceeds 6:1, and outgoings exceed 1TB, a fee will be charged for the excess outgoing data. 		10c / MB in excess of the 6:1 ratio
