iiNet business VPN - terms, fees & guarantees

setup
- Once-off setup fees apply according to the number of services per VPN.
- Individual port acquisition setup fees may also apply per VPN Connect service.
contracts
All VPN services are subject to a 24 month contract term.
- Early VPN termination will result in a bulk cancellation fee and pro-rata break fees for each attached service, according to the months remaining on contract.
- For individual VPN Connect service cancellations, fees will apply according to the pro-rata scheme mentioned above.
service levels
From the time an outage is lodged as a network fault:
- a network operator will attend to the fault internally within 2 hours
- failing resolution faults will be escalated to a network engineer within 8 hours
- all services will aim to be restored within 12 hours
- all times are shown as business hours
There is no rebate policy or agreement in place for VPN service outages. Individual service outages can be reviewed and pro-rata credits issued, proportionate to the outage period, based solely on the monthly fee of the affected VPN service.
