iiNet business VPN - i've signed up, now what?

Take our virutal hand and we'll walk you through what happens next.

  • Once you've completed the signup process, we will begin provisioning your service. This takes about 2 to 3 working days. If it takes more than 5 working days, call us on 13 24 49 and we'll kick someone.
  • We'll notify you by email once your service is up and running with all the configuration settings you require.
  • If you've switched a pre-existing DSL service to VPN, you can restore lost internet access by routing a separate DSL service to your network using gateway functionality.
