iiNet SIP Trunking - terms, fees & guarantees
All iiNet products are bound by our Customer Relationship Agreement. This page contains a quick summary of the terms, fees and guarantees that we offer with your SIP Trunking service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 13 24 49.
quality of service
Our SIP Trunks work over any connection that provides internet, including fibre services. SIP Trunking is build for use over dedicated access links only. For optimum call quality, each SIP Trunk line requires at least 96kbps of uncontended upstream speed.

service levels
With an iiNet SIP Trunking service, we commit to providing you with:
- response from a network operator within 2 hours of inquiry lodgement
- escalation to a network engineer within 8 hours if required, and
- full resolution forecasted within 12 hours of inquiry lodgement.
SIP pricing explained
There are 4 components to the price of your SIP service:
- Setup - the once-off fee to get you connected
- Numbers - the annual fee for the total numbers you require
- Lines - monthly fee per line
- Call charges - charges accumulated on calls
As an example, if you want:
- 1 SIP Trunk (on a 24 month agreement)
- a maximum of 4 lines to be available at any given time
- with 10 numbers
your upfront charges would be a $149 once-off setup fee, plus a $39.50 annual charge to cover your 10 numbers. Your line rental fee would be $22 per line; $88 per month in total.

- Numbers are available in sequential block ranges of 10, 20, 50 or 100.
- Line cost reductions are not counted across SIP Trunks
- No pro rata refund is available for the midterm cancellation of a line
- The 100 free calls are only allocated at the end of a billed month of service
- No proportionate amount of free calls is returned upon midterm cancellation of a line
