Once you've completed the signup process, we will begin provisioning your service. This takes about 2 to 3 working days. If it takes more than 5 working days, call us on 13 24 49 and we'll kick someone.
We'll notify you by email once your service is up and running with all the configuration settings you require.
If you've switched a pre-existing DSL service to VPN, you can restore lost internet access by routing a separate DSL service to your network using gateway functionality.
