iiNet business broadband - what do i need?

Okay, relax. Take a deep breath. We're about to get technical. But it's all quite simple. And we'll guide you through every step. To get your broadband up and running, you'll need:

  • a phone line
    First up, you'll need to have an active phone landline to your house, so your modem can connect to the internet. By bundling our phone and broadband products, we reward you with extra quota for your broadband. Learn about our phone products.
  • Don't have a phone line? Give us a call and we'll connect one for you.
  • a broadband modem or router
    This is the box that connects you to the internet via the phone line. You can order one of ours and we'll also send you a handy setup CD to get you online.
  • central filter
    These little gadgets plug into your landline phones so your internet doesn't drop out when you make calls (you won't need these for VOIP calls). We'll send you one of these for free with any modem you purchase from us.
