  • It takes between 5 and 10 working days to get connected. If it takes more than 10 working days, call us on 13 24 49 and we'll kick someone.
  • We'll keep you up-to-date on the progress of your application via email or SMS, as well as notify you once your service is ready to use.
  • If you ordered hardware through us, you'll receive it by courier along with all the instructions you'll need to get connected.
  • You can track the progress of your application in Toolbox.

    You get a free dialup account as soon as you sign up, so you can still access the net while waiting for your broadband to be activated. Get online now.
