Our standard setup fee of $79.95 applies to all plans unless otherwise specified. Remember, you'll need an active phone service for your broadband connection - bundle with an iiNet phone plan to get extra quota each month.

When you take a broadband plan on a 24 month contract, it's good for us because we keep you as a customer longer. So we make it good for you by giving you savings of up to $80 on a new modem.
Even if you sign up for 24 months you're not locked into the same plan. You can change at any time. That's part of our fair contract guarantee.
Netphone2 – phone without the phone line
Netphone2 is a phone service that works over your broadband connection. It costs an extra $9.95 per month, which includes all your local & national calls. You'll need a VoIP-enabled modem to use your Netphone2 service. Check out the great Netphone2 call rates.

The Freezone is an area where all broadband customers can view, download play and listen to selected websites without affecting their monthly quota.
Once you reach your quota limit for the month, it’s common practise for ISPs to charge excess usage fees. Except for us – instead of charging you more money, we slow your internet speed for the remainder of your billing month.
