  • It takes between 5 and 10 working days to get connected. If you find yourself waiting longer than expected, call us on 13 22 58 and we'll kick someone.
  • We'll keep you updates on the progress of your application via email or SMS, as well as notify you once your service is ready to use.
  • If you ordered hardware through us, you'll receive it by courier along with all the instructions you'll need to get connected.
  • You can track the progress of your application in Toolbox.
