This service was second to none. I phoned one day and then had an appointment time for the next day. Amazing as I expected to have to wait ages. Also the price of the service is excellent. Roger was very friendly and showed me everything that I needed to know. He set up my Bob2 & my Fetch TV box and gave me a thorough explanation of how everything worked. Everything is now working fine only just one small problem the VoIP hasn't come on as yet. Roger did explain that it would take a few hours but this morning the phone icon was still flashing. I should have switched ISPs sooner!
