In terms of eventful months at iiNet, this past month would rank somewhere towards the top.

The big news of this past month is undoubtedly the High Court of Australia's unanimous dismissal of AFACT's appeal against iiNet. The 5-0 decision by the High Court brings legal proceedings which commenced nearly four years ago to a welcome end. It won't come as a surprise that we're over the moon with this decision.

If that's not enough, we've also got a special visit by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, the top five finalists for TopGeek 2.0 revealed, double passes to the new Tim Burton/Johnny Depp flick Dark Shadows to giveaway and much more.

Happy reading!
